Service Description

Please do not select appointments which allow a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the chosen appointment. After submission of your ideal time slot you will receive a confirmation email either accepting your appointment selection or a proposal for alternative dates, if your 1st choice can not be accommodated. Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments and late cancellations prevent us from helping someone else in need. Please provide 48 hours’ notice (during business hours). I.e. an appointment scheduled for 9am Monday will need to be cancelled no later than 9am Thursday morning. Missed consultations or late cancellations without 48 hours’ notice will incur the full consultation fee. Nutritional Packages: Once the test kit has been ordered unfortunately refund of the test will not be accepted. Test results will be sent directly to the practitioner who will provide you with a copy at your next consultation.
