Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments and late cancellations prevent us from helping someone else in need. Please provide 48 hours’ notice (during business hours). I.e. an appointment scheduled for 9am Monday will need to be cancelled no later than 9am Thursday morning. Missed consultations or late cancellations without 48 hours’ notice will incur the full consultation fee. Nutritional Packages: Once the Initial Consultation has taken place unfortunately a refund of the package or any part will not be accepted. Missed consultations or late cancellations without 72 hours’ notice will incur the full consultation fee. Functional Testing: Once the test kit has been ordered unfortunately refund of the test will not be accepted. Test results will be sent directly to the practitioner who will provide you with a copy at your next consultation.
